In 2017 a campaign was launched in the United States to recognise the 22 Service personnel who commit suicide EVERY DAY suffering from PTSD and other mental anguish! As a previous serving soldier in the British Army, medically discharged after being diagnosed with PTSD, I felt it my duty, to show allegiance and take part in the #22Daypushupchallenge
